We would like to thank one of our parents - Craig from Avnisoft
- who found a solution for the certificate error
(as seen below) that some Apple Mac users may experience while trying to log in
on our Parent Portal while using the Safari Web Browser.
"Hi, The issue seems to be with an Apple ID certificate
which will start with com.apple.idms.appleid.* and will be have the same
email address as the one the user is using to login.
All the user has to do is open Keychain Access which is in
Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access
Select ‘Certificates’ under the categories and look for the above certificate
and delete it.
All works then."
